The focus of this webinar is to discuss the 2021 updates to the FFIEC BSA/AML Examination Manual.  The updates cover the BSA/AML Compliance Program sections including Scoping and Planning, BSA/AML Risk Assessment, Assessing the BSA/AML Compliance Program, and Developing Conclusions and Finalizing the Exam, as well as the examination procedures related to these areas.
